The short version

  • We only collect what you type into the waitlist form: your name and work email.
  • We use it to tell you when ShadowPPC Reporting opens, and for nothing else.
  • We never sell it, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
  • Unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to delete your details, whenever you like.

Who we are

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect:

  • When you signed up and which form you used (the top or bottom of the page), so we know the sign-up came from you.
  • Basic technical information that any website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider keeps in its server logs for security.

We don’t ask for, and don’t want, any other personal information.

We never sell your details. We share them only with the services we need to run the waitlist:

  • Resend, which sends our emails.
  • Hetzner Online GmbH, which hosts this website in the European Union and stores the waitlist and the server logs.

Our website and waitlist are hosted by Hetzner in the European Union, which the UK recognises as providing adequate protection for personal data. Resend may process your name and email address in the United States to deliver our emails. Where data goes outside the UK and the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your name and email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If ShadowPPC Reporting launches and you don’t become a customer, we delete your details 12 months after launch. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection law (including the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR) gives you the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct it, or to delete it
  • withdraw your consent at any time, by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email or by contacting us
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it

Cookies

This site doesn’t use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Our font provider, Google Fonts, receives your IP address when your browser loads the page’s typefaces. If we add analytics in future, we’ll update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Contact and complaints

For anything about your data, email privacy@shadowppc.com, or write to us at LemOnline Advertising Ltd, 70 Grange Road East, Wirral, CH41 5FE, United Kingdom.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your existing details, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
